Pina Colada Bath Salts

If you can not get away on a tropical vacation using these bath salts may just be the next best thing to being there.

What you will need:

•1 cup Epsom salts
&bull4-5 drops food Coloring
&bull1 tbs of coconut oil
&bull5 drops of pineapple fragrant oil
&bull5 drops of coconut fragrant oil

Instructions for the project-Bath salts are very easy to make. Just add all the ingredients together and mix well. Make sure the food coloring blends in to the salt or it will not look very inviting. You can do this by tossing the salt over and over again. Adding dried rose petals, or lavender sprigs is a nice touch for a natural presentation. For a great gift you can add your bath salts to a decorative jar and place a small wooden spoon inside.



Bubble Bath

This is a great bubble bath that can be made in your favorite fragrance for a truly spectacular bath experience.

What you will need:

•2 cups of Soap flakes or grated soap
•1 gallon of water
•1/4 cup of glycerin
•2 cups of Shampoo or dish washing detergent
•Scented oils of your choice

Instructions for the project-Mix the soap flakes with the water. Then add 2 tbs of glycerin into a saucepan and place on a low heat. Stir occasionally until the soap has dissolved. In a large bowl, add about 2 cups of this mixture to the rest of the glycerin and shampoo. Add a few drops of your scented oil. Put it all into a nice storage container. Add 1/2 cup to your running bath water



Monster Bubbles

6 cups water
3/4 cups corn syrup
2 cups dish detergent

Mix together. Let set for 4 hours.

1. bottle (any size)
2. water (half way full)
3. cooking oil (fill up rest of way)

Do not shake.
